Collection/Processing Instructions
If a CBC with differential has been performed within 4 hours of the collection for the CD57, please send a copy of the CBC with differential results along with the CD57 specimen. If a CBC with differential has not been performed in this time period, include an order for the CBC with differential. This requires a separate EDTA whole blood (LTT) and two unstained EDTA smears.
Notify Flow Cytometry Lab (800-222-5835, ext. 16385) before sending the specimen.
Specimen must arrive in Flow Cytometry within 48 hours of collection.

Absolute counts for this test are based on the CBC results provided at the time of testing, including lymphocyte percentage.
