Interpretations
The thyroid microsomal antigen is thyroid peroxidase (TPO). This assay measures anti-TPO autoantibodies. All requests for Anti-Microsomal Antibody will be interpreted as an order for the Thyroid Antibody Screen (Anti-TPO).
